Our class based fitness sessions are aimed at encouraging people in their forties, fifties, sixties and beyond to be more active, exercise and become healthier, fitter, happier and energised.

To motivate and inspire you, classes take place in the lovely setting of Tankerton Slopes, Whitstable, with panoramic views over the sea towards both Herne Bay and Sheppey.
Delivered by certified level 4 personal trainer Ted Bassett-Myers, supported by a team of excellent fitness coaches, the sessions are each 45 minutes. Every session includes a warm-up, mobility, stretching, strength and cardiovascular fitness to give you a balanced workout at an appropriate level to suit you.
