This is an urgent update to let everyone know that the court action brought against Julie Wassmer and her husband, Kas, by South East Water for boycotting payment to Southern Water due to the company’s criminal record on sewage dumping has been removed from the court list for Monday 9th February 2026.
This means that the protest which had gathered wide support and which was to have taken place at 9.15am before the case, has also now been postponed.
Media, campaigners and public have been informed but please spread the word so that no-one turns up Monday in the hope that all is going ahead.
As soon as a new date is scheduled for the hearing, Julie will let you know.
